The dot eLearning service provides Learning Management System (LMS) hosting and support, theme and web design, training and consultancy, LMS administration and systems maintenance. Hosted clients also enjoy the benefits of server maintenance, disaster recovery, free upgrades and access to a business-hours helpdesk, by email and telephone.
What is a Learning Management System?
We host a free, open-source software e-learning platform (also known as a Course Management System (CMS), or Learning Management Systems (LMS), or Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)). The system is designed to help educators create online courses with opportunities for rich interaction. Its “Open Source” license and modular design means that people can develop additional functionality for their Learning Management System. Development is undertaken by a globally diffused network of commercial and non-commercial users.
